Welcome to the interactive site of Pathways Mindanao!

what is the pathways to higher education?
This program aims not only to ensure that public high school students have the opportunity to enter good colleges and universities but also aims to support them on their tertiary education, to enable them to actually graduate and finish college. What makes this program different from other education development programs of its kind, is that it also includes the formation of the scholar’s parents, recognizing the important role that family support has in a child’s education and growth. This innovative program also envisions itself to be a catalyst of positive synergy by enjoining other institutions from all sectors of society to work together towards lifting and bringing Philippine education to a higher level.

How does Pathways perform what it seeks to do?
Our holistic approach on education aims to help our scholars by providing them with financial support while engaging their parents in practical livelihood programs. This gives their parents a stake in their child’s education and also helps supplement their family income. With this kind of set-up, we want to emphasize that Pathways and the parents of our scholars are truly partners in the education of their children.
Aside from livelihood programs, we also give values orientation seminars to both our scholars and their parents in order to help them understand the deeper meaning behind what they are aspiring for as well as to mold them to be individuals of character and faith. Therefore, our thrust for higher education encompasses not only the academic aspect but the holistic development of individuals as well.
